Listed below are all of our services that are performed on site. With these in house capabilities we are able to commit to a two-week turnaround on almost every order.
Embroidery
Our embroidery department is equipped with up-to-date machines and technology that allow us to efficiently produce quality designs every time.
Our embroidery services offer a full range of applications, including crests, name bars, appliqués, and other specialty designs.

Digitizing
What is digitizing? It is the process of converting a logo/design into the proper electronic format that can be read by our embroidery machines.
Our digitizing capabilities ensure your logo/design is of the highest quality. We are able to provide you with sample sew outs before an entire order is sewn. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments. Once we have your logo/design on file, making minor changes is quick and easy.
Silk Screening / Screen Printing
Our silk screening services allow us to print almost any design on practically any item. Most common are t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, jerseys, jackets, pants, coveralls, and toques.
We are able to screen print up to a six-colour logo. We also offer special effect inks such as puff, glow in the dark, shimmer/glitter, and reflective. Silk screening’s popularity is in large part due to its long lasting durability and its versatility.
Cad Cutting & Heat Pressing
What is cad cutting & heat pressing? Cad cutting is the process of cutting a logo/design out of a vinyl material. Heat pressing is the process then used to securely attach the cut vinyl on material.
Cad cutting and heat pressing is most commonly used for placing names and numbers on team jerseys. It is also used as an alternative to silk screening when the quantity of items is low (1-12 pieces).
All of our cad cutting is done by laser. This ensures the utmost accuracy and quality of the design.
The cad cutting and heat pressing process is long lasting and durable.
Engraving
We offer three different engraving methods:
- Laser Engraving: This method is used when engraving on a wide variety of materials. We can laser engrave on glass, stainless steel, wood, plastic and many more. Laser engraving allows us to laser on uneven surfaces. Laser engraving also allows us to engrave detailed logos and designs.
- Table: This method is used when engraving on flat metal material. Table engraving is most commonly used on plaques, trophies and medals.
- Hand: This method is used when engraving delicate items, such as medical bracelets, charms, watches, some rings, and other specialty items.

Artwork
Our graphics department is committed to making all logos and designs look the best they can. We work with the latest versions of Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator. Our services range from simply duplicating an existing logo, to creating a new design from scratch. With our in-house artwork capabilities, we are able to save you time and money.
Signs/Banners
We offer digitally printed signs and banners for all occasions. Whether you need sponsorship signs for your special event, a banner announcing an upcoming sale, or a sandwich board to post current positions, we can help.

Off Site Services
A large majority of our orders for promotional products, such as pens, portfolios, golf accessories, key chains, paper products, etc, are decorated direct from the factory.
The turnaround for these off site services ranges from 3 – 6 weeks.
