Inside Sales Consultant

Full Time (9:00am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday)
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing clients who come into the showroom to place orders and those who call in.  .  You will be responsible for helping clients brainstorm for marketing and promotional ideas for their specific business and/or events.  You will learn how to prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders.  Training on the ordering program and on the various suppliers will be provided
You will also be responsible for helping with the showroom displays and for ensuring all inventory is current and accounted for.
You will work both independently and as part of a team.  Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must in this role.  You must also have effective time management and organizational skills.
Compensation includes a base hourly wage + commission + bonus.  Benefits are also available.

Outside Sales Consultant

Full Time (Hours are flexible)
In this role you will be responsible for attracting new customers and servicing some existing clients as well.  You will out of the office on sales appointments and deliveries.  You will learn how to prepare sales presentations, process orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.  Training on the ordering program and on the various suppliers will be provided. 
You will work both independently and as part of a team.  The ability to self motivate is a must in this role.  You must also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.  Effective time management and organizational skills will be required.
Compensation will be mostly commission based + bonus.  Benefits are also available.

Graphic Artist

Full Time (9:00am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday)
In this role you will be working with Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop to prepare graphics for many different applications.  This includes, resizing images, making adjustments, redrawing graphics and also creating new images and designs.  Some training on Corel Draw can be provided, but you should possess a good understanding of the program beforehand.  Creativity and attention to detail is a must in this role.  You will work both independently and as part of a team. 
Compensation will be negotiated depending on experience. Benefits are also available.

Embroidery Specialist

Full Time (flexible hours)
In this role you will be trained on the embroidery machines and the different areas within the department including prep, finishing and quality control. You do not need to have any previous experience, but you must have a desire to learn.  This is a hands on role.  You must be physically able to stand for a few hours at a time.  You must also have a keen eye for details. 
This is a team-oriented position; therefore you must be able to work well with others. 
Compensation includes base hourly wage + bonus.  Benefits are also available.

Production Assistant

Full Time (9:00am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday)
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the production schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring all orders all completed in the appropriate times allotted.  You will be required to make ongoing changes to the production schedules.  This position will also include some hands on production work.  You will be fully trained, however some computer skills are necessary.  You must be able to work well under pressure and must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
You will work both independently and as part of a team.
